The number of conflicts you list will impact your eligibility for casting.
NOTE: You MUST list specific dates for the conflicts to be honored. (No generic conflicts like "Every Tuesday.") Any conflict not listed on your audition packet will be counted as an unexcused absence. Three unexcused absences will result in dismissal from the show. Exceptions must be granted by the Musical Committee.

The following are possible calendar conflicts that have been shared by club sponsors and coaches:
Spring 2020:
+Beta Club Induction Ceremony: February 10th 5:30 – 8:00
+Math Family Night: March 10th 5:30 – 8:00
+Art Clubbers to Crystal Bridges on February 20th and won't be back until 6:00-ish
+DI Teams have after school practices 4-5:30 either Wednesdays or Fridays, depending on their team. Regional Competition is on March 7th and State+ Competition is April 4th.
+ACT study sessions are after school 4-6 on February 17-20.
+Science Olympiad competition Saturday Feb 22nd and Saturday April 11th
+Bowling Matches: Monday, Friday, January 24th
+Choir events listed on the tentative schedule
